Subject to our terms and conditions of sale, Tyrex will provide a full refund for faulty products where the fault constitutes a major problem with the product and Tyrex is notified of the fault within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products are to be returned to Tyrex before a full refund is provided. Tyrex will arrange to have the product collected at Tyrex’s expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be incurred for the return of products that have been ordered incorrectly. Returning freight back to Tyrex is at the customer’s expense for incorrectly ordered products.
Refunds will not be provided in cases for:
- Customers who have changed their mind about the purchase of product
- Custom orders as these orders are specially made to suit the customer
- Standard products which have been modified as per the customer’s request
