1. Do Tyrex products require professional installation?
Tyrex advises to engage a suitably experienced installer to ensure your items are installed safely. This can be done by a home modifications specialist or handyman.
2. Can Tyrex products be used outside?
Tyrex rubber products are durable, long-lasting, hard-wearing, UV resistant and suitable for outdoor use.
3. How long do Tyrex products last?
Due to our unique manufacturing process, Tyrex products are very durable and hard-wearing. With reasonable care they will last a lifetime.
4. How do I clean Tyrex products?
Tyrex products are easy to clean and require very little maintenance. Please refer to our product cleaning and maintenance guide.
5. How do I obtain a quote?
Quote requests can be emailed to sales@tyrex.com.au or made via our website. Ensure to include a delivery address and all measurements, diagrams, and any photos you may have as this will assist us in producing your quotation. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the measurements provided.
All quotes are valid for 30 days.
If you wish to proceed with a quotation, please reply to the quotation via email with your confirmation to proceed. Please ensure all delivery and billing details are correct and any custom designs provided are correct and accurate.
6. What is your return policy?
Subject to our terms and conditions of sale, Tyrex will provide a full refund for faulty products where the fault constitutes a major problem with the product and Tyrex is notified of the fault within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products are to be returned to Tyrex before a full refund is provided. Tyrex will arrange to have the product collected at Tyrex’s expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be incurred for the return of products that have been ordered incorrectly. Returning freight back to Tyrex is at the customer’s expense for incorrectly ordered products.
Refunds will not be provided in cases for:
- Customers who have changed their mind about the purchase of product
- Custom orders as these orders are specially made to suit the customer
- Standard products which have been modified as per the customer’s request
