Tyrex will provide a full refund for faulty products where the fault constitutes a major problem with the product and Tyrex is notified of the fault within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Products are to be returned to Tyrex before a full refund is provided.
If the freight cost of returning a refund-approved product is likely to be significant, Tyrex will arrange to have the product collected at our expense.
Products must be returned in good condition.
Refunds will not be provided in cases where customers have changed their mind about the purchase of a product.
Where any faults with a product do not constitute a major problem, the customer may request Tyrex to repair or replace the product. Any replacement product or repair will be provided within a reasonable time of Tyrex being notified of the fault.
