Tyrex Satisfaction Guarantee

Tyrex prides itself on quality.

All Tyrex products have a 12 month replacement guarantee.

Tyrex will provide a full refund for faulty products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products are to be returned to Tyrex before a full refund is provided. Refunds will not be provided in cases where customers have changed their mind about the purchase of a product.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for products purchased greater than 30 days. A replacement will be issued for faulty products after 30 days.
